4GIVN®
1. Eigendom van het merk
4GIVN® is een kledingmerk dat staat voor geloof, identiteit en betekenis. Alle rechten met
betrekking tot de merknaam 4GIVN, het logo, het beeldmerk en alle daaraan gerelateerde
uitingen behoren exclusief toe aan 4GIVN.
Indien 4GIVN als merk is geregistreerd of gedeponeerd, geldt dat deze registratie volledige
bescherming geniet onder het toepasselijke merkenrecht in de betreffende jurisdicties.
Het is niet toegestaan om zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming:
• De merknaam 4GIVN te gebruiken voor commerciële doeleinden
• Een naam, logo of handelsnaam te gebruiken die verwarring kan veroorzaken met
4GIVN
• Het merk of beeldmerk te registreren of te gebruiken in welke vorm dan ook
2. Auteursrechten en ontwerpen
Alle ontwerpen, prints, artwork, slogans, typografie, productconcepten, visuals, fotografie,
teksten, websitecontent, social media content en verpakkingsontwerpen van 4GIVN zijn
beschermd door auteursrecht en andere toepasselijke intellectuele eigendomsrechten.
Dit geldt uitdrukkelijk ook voor:
• Faith-based en religieuze teksten in unieke vormgeving
• Bijbelverwijzingen in combinatie met specifiek design
• Kenmerkende plaatsing van tekst op kleding
• Originele grafische composities en stijlkenmerken
Hoewel Bijbelteksten en algemene religieuze woorden op zichzelf publiek domein kunnen
zijn, is de specifieke creatieve uitwerking, vormgeving, typografie en combinatie zoals
toegepast door 4GIVN volledig auteursrechtelijk beschermd.
3. Verboden handelingen
Zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van 4GIVN is het niet toegestaan om:
• Ontwerpen geheel of gedeeltelijk te kopiëren
• Prints of kledingontwerpen na te maken
• Afgeleide werken te creëren gebaseerd op de stijl of ontwerpen van 4GIVN
• Producten te produceren of verkopen die sterk gelijkend zijn
• Onze ontwerpen te gebruiken voor print-on-demand, dropshipping of massaproductie
• Content van onze website of social media commercieel te exploiteren
Dit geldt zowel nationaal als internationaal.
4. Bescherming tegen namaak en internationale inbreuk
4GIVN treedt actief op tegen:
• Namaakproducten
• Ongeautoriseerde reproducties
• Dropshipping-activiteiten met gekopieerde ontwerpen
• Productie via externe platforms zonder licentie
• Inbreuk via internationale verkoopkanalen of online marktplaatsen
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om juridische stappen te ondernemen, waaronder:
• Sommatieprocedures
• Claims tot schadevergoeding
• Verwijderingsverzoeken bij online platforms
• Internationale handhaving via toepasselijke wetgeving
5. Licenties en toestemming
Gebruik van het merk, logo of ontwerpen van 4GIVN is uitsluitend toegestaan na
uitdrukkelijke schriftelijke toestemming of via een formele licentieovereenkomst.

6. Melding van mogelijke inbreuk

1. Ownership of the Brand
4GIVN® is a faith-based clothing brand built around identity and meaning. All rights related
to the name 4GIVN, its logo, visual identity and brand elements are the exclusive property of
4GIVN.
If registered, the trademark 4GIVN® is protected under applicable trademark laws within
relevant jurisdictions.
Without prior written consent, it is strictly prohibited to:
• Use the name 4GIVN for commercial purposes
• Register or use a name, logo or mark that may cause confusion
• Use any identical or similar brand identity
2. Copyright & Designs
All designs, prints, artwork, slogans, typography, product concepts, visuals, photography,
website content, social media content and packaging designs are protected by copyright and
other intellectual property laws.
This explicitly includes:
• Faith-based and religious texts in unique design format
• Scripture references combined with specific graphic design
• Distinctive text placement on garments
• Original graphic compositions and stylistic elements
While biblical texts or general religious words may belong to the public domain, the specific
creative expression, layout, typography and visual execution as created by 4GIVN are fully
protected by copyright law.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from 4GIVN, it is prohibited to:
• Copy designs in whole or in part
• Reproduce or imitate garment designs
• Create derivative works based on the 4GIVN style
• Manufacture or sell substantially similar products
• Use designs for print-on-demand or dropshipping
• Commercially exploit website or social media content
This applies nationally and internationally.
4. Anti-Counterfeiting & International Enforcement
4GIVN actively enforces its intellectual property rights against:
• Counterfeit products
• Unauthorized reproductions
• Dropshipping operations using copied designs
• Production via third-party platforms without license
• International online marketplace infringements
We reserve the right to pursue legal action including:
• Cease-and-desist procedures
• Claims for damages
• Platform takedown requests
• Cross-border enforcement actions
5. Licensing & Permission
Use of the 4GIVN brand, logo or designs is only permitted under explicit written
authorization or formal licensing agreement.
